🔍 View + Selective Extraction (.zgx)
- New: right-click a .zgx → LRGEX → View — instantly lists the archive's contents
(no decompression; uses the v3 path index) in a file table with checkboxes.
Pick the files you want and click Extract Selected — only those are written to disk.
CLI:
lrgex-compress -v <archive.zgx>. - Selective extraction still decodes the full stream (single-stream format) but writes only the selected files — big disk savings when you need a few files from a huge archive.
- Only the selected files' folder chain is created — no empty folder skeleton.
🟠 Partial Extraction (RAR + zip — WinRAR parity)
- One corrupt file no longer kills the whole extraction. Members that fail a checksum are skipped and listed in an amber "Done - N failed: …" summary; all other files extract normally. Corrupt bytes are never delivered.
- If EVERY file fails, the extraction is a clean total failure (red error) as before.
- 7z and .zgx remain fail-fast (decoder/format design) — documented.
🚨 Real Error Messages
- Extraction failures now show the actual reason (file name + cause, e.g.
fg-05.bin: checksum error) instead of a bare "Failed" — in the window AND the status JSON. Long messages word-wrap instead of clipping at the window border.
🖥 View Window UI
- Proper file table: aligned checkbox column, left-aligned names with ellipsis, zebra rows, header row. (Boxes no longer stagger with filename length.)
