long-term-laptops

This repository includes the following applications in the master branch:

1. Application - form that allows user to confirm their information, make changes if necessary, and submit their application for review. It sends a confirmation email to the user and an email to the department for their approval.

2. Approval - If a department approves a user's application, it runs this code, which tests to see if there are laptops left at the user's location and in the user's department. If there are, it adds the approval to the database, and sends emails to library staff to place the laptop on hold and to the user.

3. Circulation - Allows library staff to place laptops on hold, check them out, check them back in, place them in equipment repair status, and mark the repair done.

4. Availability - Displays realtime availability of laptops based on location and status.

There is a second branch called 'no-application', which removes the application and approval process.
