Log Analyzer - Ramana

Log Analyzer parses a constantly updating log file by any application and generates events of interest.

Log file formats differ. Log Analyzer is written to analyze log files of different formats.

An XML configuration file is used to configure the file format and events of interest. There are predefined event handlers such as for sending email when an event occurs.

When an event occurs, a message is generated and passed on to the event handler to trigger events.

Apart from this, Pluggable Event hanlders for complex events can be used.

Also, Pluggable Message Hanlders can be used for trimming the message before it is sent when an event occurs.
