Got tired of not being able to cd through .lnks from DOS command prompt, like can do in all flavors of Unix. Perhaps there's just a switch that enables that but i'm too lazy to find it out and in any case there shouldn't be a switch needed to cd through a frakin .lnk. Thanks to my C++ mentor Mr. Sauce, it now kills the original shell. So at least you don't have to deal with multiple cmd instances floating around. Would still be interesting to see how to hot-patch, via injection of some extra assembly, the "cd" command from within cmd.exe.
