What is new

The scheduling and generation release. Everything the workspace runs on a clock now has a calendar, generating an asset gets a home surface of its own instead of a dialog, and the integration catalogue grows past 930 APIs.

Covers the commits since v0.2.14 (2026-08-29), up to and including the agent-memory and in-app changelog work that landed on 2026-09-07.

Highlights

New: Agenda, a calendar of everything scheduled

/app/agenda shows every scheduled workflow, application and agent in the workspace, in month, week, day or list view.

• Drag an occurrence to move it, with a card following the pointer that says what the drop will do: the old time struck through, the proposed one beside it, the day spelled out only when the drop changes it. The preview is computed by the same rule the drop uses, so it cannot promise one time and apply another.
• Run early, in place of the scheduled fire or in addition to it. "Run instead" now actually gives the occurrence up: it writes the first cron slot strictly after the one being replaced, refuses when the row has moved underneath it, and the confirmation says whether the scheduled run still happens.
• Pause a schedule from the calendar, and open any past fire straight on its own epoch.
• No agenda table exists: future occurrences are projected from the scheduled executions and past ones read from the per-fire epoch records, so the calendar cannot drift from what will run.

New: Studio, a second home surface for generating

The home page gains a Chat / Studio switch. Studio is a composer whose controls are derived from the model you pick, a thread of generation turns, and a row of studio applications.

• The model decides the form. The attachment control exists only when the model takes a file, with one named slot per file ("First frame" on a model that animates from a still, "Reference image" on one that only borrows a look). A model that takes no file gets no control at all.
• A stepped picker: what to make, then who makes it, then which model, with the payer choice in the last pane because a credential belongs to an integration.
• Studio is an axis on a publication, not a category. A video studio is a Content app and a studio app, and both questions keep an answer. The marketplace grid narrows on it from the URL, so a shared link opens the same shelf.
• The chat panel keeps its wand button, which opens the generation dialog in place rather than sending you to another page.

New: Long-term memory for agents

Agents keep what they learn: a correction, a preference, a rule of the house. Each entry has a one-line summary carried into every agent execution in the workspace, and a body the agent opens only when the summary looks relevant, so remembering more does not mean paying for it on every run. Pinned entries carry their whole body.

• Written by the agent as it works, or by you by hand in a Memory tab beside Agents and Skills, where every entry can be read, corrected, pinned or deleted. Skills stay procedural ("how to do X"); memory is declarative ("what is true here").
• Scoped to the workspace, so switching workspace switches the whole memory set, and optionally narrowed to a single agent so a fleet of specialists does not drown in its siblings' facts. An agent-private entry dies with its agent rather than quietly widening its audience.
• It reaches workflows too: an agent node in a workflow gets the same memory as a chat, so a scheduled run applies on Monday what you corrected on Friday.

New: What's new, in the app

After an upgrade, a one-time panel describes the newest change in the version you are running, with an image or a short clip. It ships inside the build rather than behind a feed, so it makes no network call and an air-gapped install sees exactly what a connected one does.

• Once per user, never a backlog. A user who skipped three releases sees the latest note only; everything older stays on the public changelog page the panel links to.
• It does not compete with a first run. Nothing is announced until onboarding is complete, and an account created after this install started serving an entry is acknowledged silently rather than greeted with news about something it never lacked.
• Off with one variable. CHANGELOG_ENABLED=false removes the panel entirely, with no rebuild: see docker/.env.ce.example.

New: Trophies

49 badges in 12 families, unlocked automatically from what you build, run and share. They appear in a Trophies tab in Settings, as a showcase on your public profile, and as a notification in the bell. An unlock is an append-only event, so a badge is never taken back when the metric later drops.

Workflow builder

• The node inspector can dock as a side-panel sub-tab instead of only floating over the canvas, and you choose what a click on a node opens: its settings alone, or the full view with what feeds the node and what it produced. Both are one per-workspace preference, reachable from the workflow's own settings and from Settings > Preferences.
• The reading-direction control is a real preference now. It used to change only the workflow in front of you, so every other canvas still opened the other way round.
• Search in the add-node palette reaches every node. It only ever filtered the screen in front of it, so at the root level typing "webhook" or "delete row" found nothing: the node existed one or two levels down, and the only route to it was knowing which card to open.
• The palette is ranked by real platform usage, answers a hover the way the Run tab does, and the Generate node has joined the AI family where it belongs.
• A workflow parked on a signal now reads as live rather than as finished.

Integrations catalogue

• HeyGen republished its API as v3, and the whole surface is now covered: 11 endpoints became
• That is everything the vendor documents, plus the ten superseded routes carried forward, each naming its replacement. What the addition is for is everything that takes a video in: lipsync, AI clipping into captioned shorts, filler-word and background removal, asset upload, templates, podcasts, voice cloning, TTS and translation with proofreading.
• Higgsfield joins the catalogue: 51 endpoints and 17 generation models.
• Fixed: the curated documentation never reached the agent. The importer preferred the vendor's summary over the endpoint's own description, so 156 HeyGen tools landed in the catalogue described by the vendor's title alone, with no superseded pointers and none of the 17 asynchronous tools saying that they wait.
• Fixed: 8 OAuth2 integrations connected and then failed every call on an unresolved placeholder in their URL, 4 called a host that does not exist, and 4 more called a double-versioned URL that exists nowhere. Monday's OAuth failed for anyone who had not installed the app first.
• The BYOK setup guides name their provider, and 64 of them no longer give a callback port that never served OAuth.

Marketplace and publishing

• Every published listing is crawlable. The public marketplace surfaced 24 of 79 listings and the landing page surfaced none, because its section fetched them in the browser. The whole catalogue is served now, each card renders the published application itself, and the site chrome links into it.
• The public listing shows the app and the workflow behind it.

Sidebar, navigation and onboarding

• Choose which pages the sidebar shows, with the rest kept in a "..." menu rather than hidden.
• A toolbox icon and a real quick-open button, with keyboard shortcuts.
• The onboarding questionnaire asks what you want to automate first, which tools you already use, what you automate with today and how you heard about LiveContext, instead of asking about topics twice.

Media

• Subtitles: the media node can burn timed captions into the picture.

Self-hosted

• The bundled catalogue is refreshed and much larger: 673 APIs become 931, and 16,373 tools become 31,772. Generation descriptors now travel with the catalogue, so a fresh install that has never linked to the cloud has its generation models present. This is what fixes the reported gap where xAI's video tool was missing.
• Fixed, and this one mattered: the seed loader could not read a catalogue that size. It accumulated each block into memory three times over, and ran out of it at 31,000 endpoints. The failure killed only the import thread, so the app reported healthy and the reader discovered it by opening an empty catalogue. The big blocks stream straight into the database now, and the whole dump loads in 20 seconds.
• Fixed: building the signed API catalogue bundle materialised the whole payload in memory instead of streaming it.
• The published images are mirrored beyond GHCR, and the documentation says so.

Managed cloud

These are cloud-only surfaces and change nothing on a self-hosted install.

• A spending cap is a per-period allowance, not a lifetime total, and it can be set when a workflow is created rather than only after it exists. A closed Advanced fold contributes nothing, so collapsing it never applies or removes a cap behind your back.
• The credit wallet is a ring around your avatar, and the gauge is the way to your usage. Spending figures carry a popover that explains what the number counts.
• Compare every plan side by side, from wherever the question comes up.
• A platform admin can put any node, endpoint or integration behind a plan, and the builder says so before you pick it instead of failing at run time. Publishing unlocks at Starter.
• Vector search is available on managed cloud from a paid plan instead of being self-hosted only.
• The LLM margin was cut to about 10%, and the pricing copy says what credits actually buy.
• Execution-log retention now enforces the window the pricing page sells.

Reliability and operations

• Point-in-time recovery: write-ahead logs are archived off-host within five minutes, with a nightly base backup, and a transfer that fails now fails loudly instead of silently.
• Workspace purge became an outbox with per-service followers, so no cross-schema SQL is left, and the build fails on any that comes back.
• Four monitoring alerts named metrics that Prometheus never had and could never fire. They are alive again, with a deploy lane of their own.
• The run Logs modal opens in one fast query instead of two slow ones.
• Stopping a run is reachable, and effective, on every surface that shows a live run.
• An installed application in the side panel is locked, the same way it is on its own page.

Fixes

• A merge that no branch reached is skipped rather than run on another item's data.
• The agenda's hour grid scrolls again, and its cells stop swallowing the wheel.
• A daylight-saving gap could delete a calendar day, and an unresolvable timezone could cause a runaway. Both closed.
• Unreachable profile pages, and bell rows that could not be deleted.
• The plan gate read the wrong identifier, so it refused every paying account.
• Two trophy metrics counted almost nothing.
• The pill toggle's hover never reached the stylesheet, so it had no visible hover at all.
• One solid button fill, in theme tokens, everywhere.
• The studio composer and the chat composer are now the same box: the same insets, the same height, and on a phone both pinned to the bottom where your thumb is.
• On a phone the studio composer squeezed its left group until its contents were cut off, the mode switch included. It merges its controls into one menu below 430px instead, the way the chat has always done.
• The studio no longer defaults to a platform key that does not exist, and a failed generation that was paid for is no longer reported as free.
