* DIFFERENCES WITH RESPECT TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION

- Important !! 
  File USUARIOS.PRT  has been changed of name and now it must
  be called USERS.PRT . Mantains the same format.
  From DOS command prompt must be done:  

	C:\FBB\PROTUS>REN USUARIOS.PRT USERS.PRT

- Name of mode 11 (read-only),  was confusing.  It  has  been
  changed from GUEST to READONLY or SOLOLEER. 

- Included 32bits version (C_FILT32.DLL) for WFBB32.


* FIXED BUGS

- If was used the word identifier for password forward,  this
  was not answered.
  
- Under given configurations in DosFBB,  the forward password 
  was not answered. 


* NEW FEATURES

- External lenguage file. 
  Name TEXTS.PRT in PROTUS directory.
  If it doesn't exist, internal language (spanish) is used.

- File  MESNOPAS.PRT no more used.  Now it is a lenguage file 
  line.

- Support of PORT_W.SYS and PORT_D.SYS for dual systems.

- Conformity with FBB specifications for LCK files.

- Indication  to the users of the fact that the  restrictions
  are applied.
 
- Possibility of sending a text or a message to new users the
  first time they connect.
  File NEW.PRT
  Specify for each port: NEW1.PRT , NEW2.PRT , ...

  The option is activated in CONFIG.PRT together with that of
  send a message to the SysOp upon connection new user.

  # Message to SysOp  informing about the connection of a new 
  # user and welcome text options.
  OK 1

  Possible values:

	1 -> Is sent as text.
	2 -> Is sent as message. 

  If is wanted to have both options, enough with adding their
  values: 3 send text and message.

- The word type identifiers of access modes  now are admitted
  in english too. Equivalences table:

         1 ......... LIBRE .......... OPEN
	 2 ......... CERRADO ........ CLOSED
	 3 ......... EXCLUIDO ....... EXCLUDED
	 4 ......... FRASE .......... FIXED
	 5 ......... NORMAL ......... NORMAL
         6 ......... MD2 ............ MD2
         7 ......... TABLA .......... TABLE
         8 ......... BBS ............ BBS
         9 ......... FLEXNET ........ FLEXNET
        10 ......... FORWARD ........ FORWARD
