This Plugin has several self explanatory tabs, Back when Turbine changed the weapons skills they broke the plugin. So now it needs help to compile. Im no programmer , just a modder, Please let me know if u get this to compile.

This Plugin was last used in 2015 that was when Turbine changed the weapon skill code and broke this plugin, I am no programmer I learned to mod games buy trial and error and copy and paste. I Got ltx source in 2012 then it compiled with no errors and i made it up todate, I still have the original Tools for the vb6.0 environment from 2015. If i can get past this error for compiling I can polish this up for Asheron's Call end of retail. Well with my informational webs for NoESCape and LTx up, I can do nothing else with LTx until someone shows me how to compile it or sends me a working compiled version.
