libLatin1

A small and convenient conversion library that converts from ASCII-based character encodings into Latin1 (and ASCII or windows-1252). The conversion may be strict or sloppy, i.e. 'unaccented' letters (eg. ä => a) or 'transliterating' (e.g. ÷ => /).
