DownloadIn addition to support for sending email, Laravel provides support for sending notifications across a variety of delivery channels, including email, SMS (via Vonage, formerly known as Nexmo), and Slack. In addition, a variety of community built notification channels have been created to send notifications over dozens of different channels! Notifications may also be stored in a database so they may be displayed in your web interface.

- Before sending Slack notifications, you should install the Slack notification channel via Composer
- You must create a Slack App for your Slack workspace
- Documentation available
- App distribution can be managed from your App's "Manage Distribution" tab within Slack
- If a notification supports being sent as a Slack message, you should define a toSlack method on the notification class
