kXchange is an innovative project which can be used to encourage people to be active on social media while making fun. The concept "knowledge currency" behind kXchange is a brilliant idea that an organization can use to manage employees' activities on social media with-out implementing conventional restrictions on those. We have successfully deployed kXchange in our company, and it is a great success so that we have lots of colleagues take active part on company forums than never before.
