Release Notes:

New/Updated Features:

*Public Ingestion is now supported.  See the user documentation for details.
*Records may now be exported to and imported from XML. See the user documentation for details.
*KORA is now XHTML complaiant.
*Advanced search added.
*All new records will now include a system timestamp indicating the time of ingestion.
*Reference counting added to reverse association lists
*All records now have convenient edit links at the top and bottom of the record.

Bug Fixes:

*Fixed installer error messages
*Bad control names in the control table no longer cause fatal errors.
*Deleting projects no longer causes errors
*When the dublin core update function is run, the timestamp is included in each record added to the dublinCore table. 
*The "Demote" link and the "Rename a Preset" function on the Manage Record Presets page now work correctly 
*The footer no longer appears in the middle of Search Results
*Searching with the != or <> operators now return records for which no data is entered for that control.
*When searching for records to associate with an associator control, the links to associate the record will appear correctly.


Upgrade instructions: See README and install/README for upgrade/installation instructions.
* Make sure to back up your database before upgrading.
* The definition for MAX_INT_MYSQL should be removed from any existing conf.php files as this definition has been moved to required.php.
* Ensure that fileDir (default is files/ ) has a folder called 'extractedFiles' and is writeable by the webserver user
