Knproxy
===========================
Knproxy does not and should not need any configuration to run.
Just copy the contents of the zip to some directory on your site to make it work

Localization
===========================
If you are using versions 2.0.0 and higher (aka the Gamma series or the 2.7 series)
you can change the index of the proxy by replacing the includes/knproxy_index.php
with the one downloadable from 'knproxy resources'.
This will change the page to a fully functioning english version

KnProxy Frames
===========================
As of version 2.3.1, knproxy supports a framed version
this is included by default in the 2.7.4 pack but is in simplified chinese
you can download the english version from 'knproxy extras' called knbrowser
Replace everyting in frames/ with the pages in the zip package.

Version 2.3.1 does not have this installed by default so you need to unpack the
zip to where the 2.3.1 install is to make this work

Version 2.0.0 and 2.1.3 should support this as well but may not always function correctly
