A remarkable program that does everything Tivo Desktop should have done and fell miles short of. Take time to explore the GUI, the tabs and the copious tooltips. Follow the online help, poke around, experiment and understand. Kmttg will have you pushing your Tivo files around and manipulating your Tivo DVR with great control and precision. Hats off to the programmer! An unabashed "wow". Am running on an HP Pavilion notebook, Windows 10, Tivo Bolt VOX.

This software is so good you will want to donate.

Fantastic project. I use KMTTG all the time. I love the skip commercial feature. It would be hard to use for non-techies, but that is unavoidable considering all that it does.

An incredible amount of work goes into kmttg, especially with all the changes as TiVo transitions to the truly awful Rovi data model. Constant updates, timely responses to questions and bug reports on tivocommunity.com, this is truly a selfless labor of love for the author, and it shows. Incredibly useful tool for Tivo users. I use it in two ways. First, to download programs from Tivo to my computer for more convenient viewing. That's the reason I initially started using it. The second though is to more easily schedule programs, or delete things from the Now Playing list that I no longer want or that I recorded in error. Being able to do this with a keyboard and mouse is way more convenient than with the Tivo remote control. The developer is very active, adding features. and promptly squashing bugs, and in general doing a great job of keeping up with Tivo's changes. Highly recommended.

I love this project, I have it up on 2 machines for each tivo, one harvesting movies and another harvesting shows. I definitely love this program under windows. thank you all for a great program, well done!

Wow, I have banged my head against several walls trying numerous solutions on getting my Tivo content to work on Kodi running on my laptop. They all ranged from broken, to slow and painful. And the latter were two retail products. This works amazingly well. Running it on a Win 8 machine too BTW. Simple and intuitive design. Sure, you need Java, but well worth installing just for this. Thank you!

Love the idea and I use it. Many of the components are old versions (e.g. handbrake) and some items don't work (e.g. CURL).

Terrific accessory for a TiVo, particularly a Premiere or Roamio. Program is Java based so does not look and behave exactly like a native Windows program. Seems rock solid. No crashes or other bugs encountered.

Very easy to install and configure. Amazingly full-featured. Did an excellent job. Thanks for this great program!

I am a Senior Citizen and have been using Linux for several years but I could never rid myself of Billy's Windoze because of my tivo. But now due to Kevin Moye's kmttg I can ditch Billy's Windoze and download Tivo and convert all in Linux I am for ever grateful for your skills, time & effort you have put in for the benefit of your fellow man.

Excellent app. It takes care of all the technical stuff with downloading Tivo movies so you just click on a file and you're good to go. Fast download times too.

I've been using kmttg for years to automatically download shows from my TiVos and with a bit of shell script turn them into podcasts that are waiting on my phone every morning. I can't say enough good things about the project and moyekj. He's gone way above and beyond to help me with some odd issues over the years, which is more than I would expect for free software. If I could give more than 1 thumb up I would.
