kkndme_tianya is an open-source archival project that preserves and organizes a well-known Chinese Tianya forum discussion about housing prices and real estate policies. It contains an edited version of a lengthy discussion originally titled "What Did We Gain from the 2010 Real Estate Regulations? Written Before Housing Prices Skyrocket." The archive preserves the chronological order of the original posts while removing unrelated material. It organizes the discussion into thematic sections covering housing affordability, government regulation, inflation, taxation, and property investment. Contributions from participants other than the primary author are distinguished through quotation formatting. A detailed table of contents provides direct navigation to individual topics. The repository serves as a historical reference for examining opinions and predictions about China's real estate market rather than as an executable software application.
