Updated models for thru-hole resistors.

In the previous released set the incorrect series were
generated for the 2% MFR and 5% CCR parts. This release
corrects the mistake. The current models are:

1% Metal Film Resistor, 0.5W, 1R00 to 97M6, series E96 + E24

2% Metal Film Resistor, 0.5W, 1R00 to 95M3, series E48

5% Carbon Composite Resistor, 0.25W, 1R0 to 9G1, series E24

Each set has a horizontal orientation with a pitch of 0.4 inches (10.16mm)
and a vertical orientation with a pitch of 0.2 inches (5.08mm).

Other models produced are the same as in the last version and
available from previous directories.
