KFritz is a KDE Plasma widget that connects to your local FRITZ!Box router to display incoming calls, resolve caller names from the built-in phonebook, and provide a live call history – directly on your desktop.
This is an early alpha release for testing and feedback.

-Real-time incoming call notifications with name/number lookup
-LED status indicator for FRITZ!Box connection
- Phonebook support (loaded from your FRITZ!Box)
- Call history with inline messages
- Automatic reconnect if connection is lost (e.g., FRITZ!Box reboot)
- Plasma notifications with caller info
⚙️ Requirements
- KDE Plasma 6.4+
- Qt 6.9+
- A working TR-064 connection to your FRITZ!Box
Your FRITZ!Box must allow:
✅ TR-064 protocol
✅ A user with "Phone"
Known limitations
- Some UI elements (e.g. call history design) are experimental
- No call-out or SIP dialing (yet)
- Tested only on FRITZ!OS 8.03, feedback for other versions welcome
