Keyboard Blocker is a lightweight Windows utility that completely disables keyboard input. It runs silently in the system tray and prevents accidental keystrokes while watching videos, cleaning a keyboard, or when a computer is used by a child.

The application uses the Windows low-level keyboard hook (WH_KEYBOARD_LL) to intercept keyboard input. It requires no administrator privileges and has no external runtime dependencies.

Keyboard Blocker is intentionally small and focused: it does one thing - blocks the keyboard and remembers its current state.

Features

  • Full block and unblock keyboard input
  • System tray integration
  • Remembers the last blocking state
  • Auto-start with Windows
  • No administrator privileges required
