Keep PC Awake — a lightweight free keep PC awake software for Windows 10 / 11. It stops your computer from sleeping, keeps the screen on and your session active — without touching a single power setting.

How to use

1. Download KeepPCAwake.zip from Releases and unzip it.
2. Run the app.
3. Pick a mode — move mouse and / or keep Windows awake.
4. Set the interval in minutes (2–3 minutes suits most setups).
5. Press Start — the status turns active and the log starts filling.

Close the app and Windows goes straight back to its normal behaviour.

Why not just change the power settings?

Changing the sleep timeout affects the machine permanently, and on a work or corporate PC that setting is often locked by policy. This tool leaves everything as it is — it simply keeps the session busy while it runs, then gets out of the way.

Does it change my power or sleep settings? No. Nothing is written to the registry and no power plan is modified.
