justAP是一个简单的、易于使用的php运行环境，适合php开发人员使用。与wamp、xampp等不同，它仅仅包含Apache httpd和Php，这也是它名字的来由（justAP=just Apache and Php）。
为什么要开发justAP？
1、Php开发环境比较难搭建；
2、wamp、xampp等程序过于庞大，包含了很多用不上的组件，另外mysql很好安装，mysql的客户端很多，它们内置的mysql和phpMyAdmin感觉有点累赘。
