This simple app just opens an html file either built into the code, or in the folder on the device, and presents it as a self contained app. The HTML page can handle JS plus a few additional commands to extend the functionality of the js to include file read / write, some database functionality, control over the app window size, style and closing, and a few missing things in Android (file load dialog, and toast popups).
