Download the latest version and unzip it.
Before you run the application you should install R environment. It is available here: http://www.r-project.org/index.html
Then double click on JRdistribution JAR file.
If it doesn't work, run one of the two script files (for Windows and for Linux) which just run JAR file with java -jar command.
The application requires RUniversal package. You don't have to install it manually, it is provided for Windows and downloaded automatically for Linux.
