Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS ISO file with OpenCV 2.4.2 configured and installed along with python support. In a nutshell, grab this ISO file and do the normal Ubuntu installation(or use it in live mode) and upon completion, you will have the OpenCV 2.4.2 library ready to use.
