It will convert all the .JAVA files in the folder you select (and will look for .JAVA recursively in all child folders) and create the same folder structure where you desire (destination folder) with all the converted source code in PDF format. It will ignore files and directories that start with dot (.) (ex: .svn). And all the comments will be highlighted.
