ITS-GenTL - Intelligent Transport System Genetic Algorithm Traffic Lights optimizer

This software is aimed to optimize traffic lights characteristics for traffic flows in urban networks in real-time using Genetic Algorithms.

Now it uses SUMO project modeling software to model traffic flows while iteration of optimization process.
