iTerm2-Color-Schemes is a repository of over 425 terminal color themes / schemes originally for iTerm / iTerm2, but also ported to many other terminal emulators and environments. It provides theme files (color definitions) and tools to generate or convert among formats, screenshots, and instructions for applying them.
