iTclC is a framework for [incr Tcl]. It makes Itcl more flexible.
Provides: memory management and mechanisms for creating user interfaces. Not yet suitable for developing professional applications with - of course it is a very basic framework.

- memory management & global object sharing
- XML parser, XML element (includes XML writer) for building, manipulating XML structures in memory and generating XML
- Thread class for environments without Thread package
- Tk widgets wrapped in classes
- build graphical interfaces based on ViewControllers, initialize view hierarchies using XML or code (what you prefer)
