Alpha release are portable(run from any folder) release. They are alpha, which 
means they are very much in development still. But it is already working ok, more than enough
to try and report results with.

You need to install the openal redist included, it's just a lib that enables the app to output realtime audio.

You'll need net 4.8, and vc 2019 redists too, not included by i'll include them in a seperate redist later next week.
