 - Cleaned up the initial script and added a basic 'help' switch to the script.
 - Added a flag to debug the script. (Nothing in depth)
 - Added a flag to explain the breakdown of the first 48bits of the Unique Global address prefix.
 - Utilized variables and string manipulation more.

V1 - 20120103:
 - Basic Globally Unique local address generation for IPv6 sites. This script was at its most archaic.
