Simple tool that can be used export notes from (unencrypted) iTunes backup files to CSV files. The tool scans the iTunes backup of the device and locates the file containing the notes then converts the notes into a sane format.

    Brilliantly easy to use tool that allows you to extract the notes database from your iTunes backup, and export it as a CSV file, so that you can then import your notes into a different application - this is the only utility I know of that allows you to get native iPhone notes (the ones that are not stored in iCloud or on Google) off an iPhone :-)
