* Index the data in the file system using Apache Lucene into lucene index directory
* Perform Keyword search based on keyword and number matches.
* Add requirements published by user and assign category to the published data by matching to close requirement stored in lucene index directory.
* This project provide GUI and REST webservices to perform keyword search and publish requirement.
