The files Inhaler.zip, Maos.zip and GuiStandards.zip contain sbt projects.
You first have to build packages from Maos and GuiStandards.
Then place the resulting packages in Inhaler/lib.
After that you will be able to build Inhaler.
Use assembly (with assembly-plugin) to build a standalone jar.

You might ask me when facing difficulties. But please make sure to understand sbt and scala before. My time is very limited in these days.
