ImmunoSym is an open-source program based on a Population Dynamics Analysis for Immune Cell Interactions (between APC and T cells). A Simulation for Immune Cell Interactions where we study the dynamics of a model that describes the competitive interaction between Antigen Presenting Cells (APC) and Adaptative T Cells. To analyse this model we have used two different mathematical approaches. With Ordinary differential equation (ODEs) and implementing the Stochastic Simulation Algorithm (SSA Gillespie Algorithm).
