Framework generador de aplicaciones GIS JEE.
A partir de una geoDataBase (Oracle,Postgis,..) se puede definir facilmente, en forma declarativa con XML, una aplicación.

El framework tiene dos grandes componentes, el componente servidor ejecuta en un servidor de aplicaciones JEE y el componente cliente puede ser una aplicacion de escritorio o un applet en el navegador.

La definicion de la aplicacion se usa en ambos componentes de forma transparente para la navegacion y edicion de los datos.
