Change is needed in the

index.php 

wherever the text "EDIT" is found

Create the directories for the required paths :

/upload
/outputtrue

upload your sample poster images (with responsilbility of legal norms)
for use as the background or cover
as 

1.gif,2.gif,3.gif,4.gif,5.gif,craft.PNG (maintaining the correct case of extensions and filenames is important)

craft.PNG is the logo file that gets appended at the bottom of the final pic

in the current directory

of approx. 500 px *500 px resolution
