Description

With this library, Delphi programs can read and write BMP, ICO, CUR, PNG, MNG, PCX, TIFF and JPEG 2000 bitmaps. RAS, PNM, PGM, PPM, HIPS images can be loaded, but not created.

    I would like to test this project, but it don't compile with Delphi 5. Another problem is the missing source of the jpegex unit. I'd like to put together the original jpeg.pas with jpegex to avoid name conflicts and won't use the original jpeg-unit any longer, only the jpegex and with this name. The original source isn't longer available instead of one that even don't compile with Delphi 7, but I won't buy a newer version and that shitty uncompleted Lazarus ain't no option for me.
