Windows Users - goto bin folder and execute mp3tag.
Linux Users - Use Codeblocks and open the ID3v2.x cbp file.
		    - Clean and rebuild.

For Building the mp3tag :-

1. You can either use Codeblocks or GNU make for building the Executable.
2. Make Sure that you use C++11 flag.
3. Contribute.
