The actual commands are hidden behind a programm that is titled ICQAdBlocker to fool the person who opens it. The front-end is a standard windows-programm and in the backend there only exist some commands.
Unzip, Share it , but don't you dare opening it!
A restart or a command like ipconfig /renew should be enough to restore the connection.
