icafun-code.tar.bz2 contains the java sources you need to build the plugin. Feel free to improve the code.  

ica-plugin-dist.zip contains a binary distribution with all that you need to start playing with the current version of the ICA Plugin for JMeter - obviously on windows only.

The plugin works as described in the fine manual. See ticket #1 and #2 for the most important missing features.

Consider throwing money at it or waiting for contributors in case you need these features implemented.
