HyPerf

The HyPerf project takes a different approach to the administration of computer systems than main-stream mass-management tools.

The HyPerf ToolKit (HTK) is the main distributable of the HyPerf project. It is a single Bash installer and framework script that expands to include a multitude of embedded tools for use by High Performance Administrators and Engineers.

The HTK acts as its own simple package management system and High Performance Administration (HPA) framework.

The HTK contains an embedded tarball of various tools for managing complex computing environments, using HyPerf techniques and documentation.

For maximum effectiveness, the HTK is best installed on a Linux workstation, using the Bash shell. Some features of the toolkit also work well in the Cygwin environment.
