This program creates simple tile-able textures from a random assortment of texture elements. The elements are small bitmaps loaded from a .tga (TARGA) file. These elements are laid down in the main texture box in a random pattern according to a uniform probability distribution in the X and Y coordinates. The top/bottom edges and right/left edge match so that the tiles can be joined seamlessly.
The current version is a work-in-progress and can only be run from a structured text file. The next revision will allow for commands from a GUI. This revision will be released as an executable.
