Hyper Network Inference Machine

The hNIM-PPI infers Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) networks using newly introduced machine learning methods. The empirical results have shown that hNIM-PPI has highest AUC compared to existing models like KML ,KCCA and Matrix Completion with EM.
