           HF-Sounder Version 1.4 Release notes

This release is the result of experience with HF-Sounder during the October 2019 SET.

Specific changes in this release:

- Added a CANCEL button to the main to allow returning to the Settings panel without closing and re-launching the program.
- The Settings window will now warn the user and refuse to switch to the Main window if the station mode and start time settings have not been set by the user.
- The initial frequency defaults have been adjusted away from popular HF "watering holes."  Note that users must make their own decisions regarding which frequencies to configure in HF-Sounder.
- The most critical settings are now echoed on the Main window, in order to allow the user to re-verify those settings after hiding the Settings window.
