Helldivers 2 Binder allows you to select stratagems and assign hotkeys to each. In the game, you can use these hotkeys to instantly activate your stratagems without using the arrow keys.

Work great - I can play with my friends now and not get yelled at because I can't call in re-enforcements fast enough. I did find the the anti-tank mine macro is incorrect and will let the author know.
