I have been looking for this for years. Simple export bookmarks from PDF to text, works perfectly with one drag and one click (save a copy button). Have yet to try the other options! (I created a macro in Word to format it into a workable layout as an index with leading tabs and indents, then pasted it into my PDF as a contents list. Also used as a summary in Word.) Thankyou Dev.
