HAIP is a complete, self-hosted hotel Property Management System, released under Apache 2.0.
Hotels normally pay $10-30 per room per month for closed platforms that keep their own operational data behind a thin API. HAIP is the alternative: reservations, folio and billing, rate plans with LOS and CTA restrictions, housekeeping, night audit, accounting and cashiering, channel distribution, and a commission-free direct booking engine so a property keeps the 15-25% an OTA would take.
It also ships built-in decision agents for revenue management, overbooking, cancellation risk and night-audit anomalies. These are deterministic engines rather than LLMs, and every decision is logged and auditable.
Built with TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL and Drizzle. Multi-tenant by construction, event-driven webhooks, full REST API with Swagger. Runs with one docker compose up; the only prerequisite is Docker.
