This python code is designed for Dual Digital Multi Channel Analyzer https://www.caen.it/products/dt5780/.
For internal communications with the MCA it uses low-level c-library https://www.caen.it/products/caencomm-library/ .
It provides flexible control over DT5780 module, including High Voltage supplies, trigger, coincidences, digital processor & readout configuration.
GUI allows to preview the signals, run data acquisition, observe amplitude spectra and counting rates, etc.
