This is an Interactive Geometry Package for non-Euclidean geometry. It is realised as a Graphical User Interface to MoebInv libraries. It allows a user to create and modify figures of interrelated cycles by mouse clicks. The same construction can be instantly re-implemented for any of nine Cayley–Klein geometries.
Binary files are distributed in the main project Download section (https://sourceforge.net/projects/moebinv/files/).
It is named after Soviet mathematician Isaak Moiseevich Yaglom (Russian: Исаак Моисеевич Яглом), who wrote several important works on the underlying geometries.
