Global Unified Data Modeler (GUDM) is a bioinformatics software tool used for pre-processing and integrating multiple heterogeneous datasets, collected from multi-modal sources, into an integrated dataset. This integrated dataset is supposed to be used for different types of medical analysis and unified decisions, using different machine learning approaches.

Reading and Loading multiple data files from multiple heterogeneous data sources
Pre-processing the individual dataset
Finding intrinsic relationship across all the datasets
Filling missing values
Reducing all the imported datasets to be uniform in terms of number of instances
Creating unified data model and integrating the datasets to form a unified dataset
Exporting the dataset in multiple file formats.
