A selection of code to create reports for various areas based on a set of lat/log coordinates(MNLAT/MXLAT/MNLON/MXLON),
 range of years(MNYR/MXYR), report Type_ (D/Y for Daily/Yearly),
 as well as the number of records per year(Days), and the number of years a station has (Years) to have those records for that station to be included. 
 These are minimums, if a station meets this, it will include all of that stations records.

BoxRpt, runs reports on a moving box of the defined size(LAT/LON), and generates a report for each box, as long as it has some stations that meet the Years and Days criteria.
