Global Summary of Days Station Reports Files

Ish History script creates the table of station locations used in the report generator code.
File List is a sql script that lists the file to import, and at least this version has to match exactly.

You'll have to get your own data from here ftp://ftp.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/data/gsod/
I'd provide it, but it's not my place to distribute NCDC data when it's so easy to find.
Once you download the data, unzip it (I create a script), and then make sure the file list table matches your files.
